Dr. Wesam Abuznadah is a healthcare transformation leader with over 15 years of executive experience across clinical education, strategic governance, and innovation. He is the Founder and CEO of Pulse Innovation Consulting in Riyadh, and currently serves as the elected Governor of the American College of Surgeons – Saudi Chapter, and President of the ESADE Alumni Association in Saudi Arabia.
He has advised high-level institutions including the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and Wadi Jeddah Company on strategic development and governance aligned with Vision 2030. Previously, he served as CEO for Academic Affairs at SCFHS, where he led national training reforms and digital transformation during the pandemic.
Dr. Abuznadah holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and has completed advanced board training through the Leaders 2030 Program. He is a Canadian board-certified vascular and general surgeon, and an expert in healthcare system development and academic leadership.
He is fluent in Arabic and English, and passionate about public service transformation, mentorship, and sustainable institutional growth.
