Emma is a highly experienced international trainer and supervisor in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule –Second Edition (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview- Revised (ADI-R).  She is a co-founder and co-director of Compass Psychology, which specializes assessment and training for autism and ADHD.  Emma is passionate about her work and has 20 years of experience in clinical and research roles.  She was previously based at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (King’s College London), the Maudsley Autism & ADHD Assessment Service, the National Autism Unit (Bethlem Royal Hospital) and the Anna Freud National Centre for Children & Families.  Emma is a qualified integrative counsellor and member of The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and works therapeutically with both adults and children. She is a member of the UK ADHD Partnership with a particular interest in ADHD and co-occurring conditions.  She specialises in working with autism and ADHD within the criminal justice system and has been involved in high profile legal cases. Emma runs workshops about autism and ADHD and has contributed to a number of research publications.
