Dr Abdul Shaheed Fadhul is a senior consultant plastic surgeon working in Al Raneem Health Center and Al Kindi Specialized Hospital in the private sector in Manama, Bahrain. He is having long experience in both the reconstructive and the cosmetic field. He was trained by many pioneers of this specialty in France, Austria and in Germany. He was chairing the plastic surgery unit in the university hospital in Manama from 2010 till 2015.He had important role with his colleges in establishing the plastic surgery unit in Bahrain and introducing many services in this field and creating multi-disciplinary teams to treat head and neck cancer and to manage craniofacial congenital anomalies. He is interested in body contouring, breast, Rhinoplasty and cleft lip and palate surgeries. He has important contributions in the local, regional and international conferences. He has many publications. He is a member in many international societies and founder member and x president of Bahrain association of plastic surgeons.
